Approval of Matthew Call, MAI to provide the market value of property at Yale Lake

Cougar Land Sale

We are working with PacifiCorp on the sale of two parcels land at the Yale Lake near Cougar.   They are required to maintain a flowage easement that consumes the majority of the subject parcels.

The rules for the sale of school district property are identified in RCW 28A.335.120.

PacifiCorp is proposing Matthew Call, MAI of Appraisal & Consulting Group LLC. to establish the market value of the property.  The scope of work is defined in the attachment.  PacifiCorp is bearing the full cost of the appraisal.

I have reviewed his licensure and he is appropriately licensed under RCW 74.46.020 (which is referenced in 28A.335.120)
